To reduce administrative costs and keep our fees as low as possible, Bayview Dental Associates encourages payment at the time services are performed. If you wish, you may use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
When extensive dental care is necessary or when the dental services performed exceeds your budget, other financial arrangements may be made with the Bayview Dental Associates business secretary. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices.
At Bayview Dental Associates, we want to be concerned with your dentistry, not financial responsibilities.
As a convenience to you, Bayview Dental Associates will submit charges for services to your insurance carrier, but we consider the patient primarily responsible for the account. We can prepare and submit your dental claims electronically to expedite your reimbursement.
Appointments are made to allow effective and convenient use of your time. This time is reserved especially for you. In the event that an unforeseen complication or emergency alters our schedule, we will try to notify you prior to your arrival. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance by calling the office at 207-846-0979.
